Don’t you just love running a scented candle lit bath, sinking yourself into the water and almost wrapping yourself in it’s warmth. The scents from the candles stimulate an emotional awareness of wellbeing in the brain helping you find relaxation. Do you ever smell something and remember a time and a place, memories just flood back to you, well that’s the extraordinary power of scents and it’s connection to memory.
Personally I already know my favorite scents and I’ve reached the point where there’s no longer any more room for Yankee Candles in my room. For myself and many of my scent craving friends and family, we’ve found a happy place for our candles, and we retreat there to find peace and embrace clarity of sticky situations.
