Additionally, no one is going to want to be around you in sweat-drenched clothes. What you need to do is get them off and wear something cleaner as soon as possible.

It is a myth that if you don’t eat after a workout it will help you lose weight. While exercise is amazing for your health in the long term, it actually puts a lot of stress on the body.
