6. Potatoes
This is a very brilliant remedy for hyperhidrosis. Asides eating it for effectiveness, it can also be used in it’s raw form. This can be done by cutting out one to two slices of the raw potatoes and rubbing them in the armpit. Once this is done consistently, there’ll be changes overtime.
