One of the reason most people who make meals are fatter is because of the amount of calories they take in whilst tasting. Try to stop tasting food whilst you are making it. When next you bake those cupcakes, please remember you have made them before and, there is no need to find out if they taste as good as they look because, they do.
5. Incorporate your favourite foods into your meal
We all have that food we crave for from time to time. Research has shown that when we fulfil craving, we usually overdo it. Therefore one way to control that is by incorporating healthy portions of our favourite fruit or chocolate into our daily meals. This will help you control the amount you take in as well as prevent the cravings that could lead to overeating
