Bokwa is an alternative to Zumba. It is said to be easier to follow and is, therefore, an alternative for people who believe they are unable to do complicated dance steps. Bokwa, in addition, provides a great cardio workout whilst being so easy that you can take the kids along for sessions or even enroll them in a “mommy and me” class.
Barre
The Barre workout is a ballet based intensive exercise session. It incorporates the best parts of ballet into the best parts of Pilates as well as other strength exercises. The classic Barre has no cardio components, however, there are some classes that incorporate this into their regimen. The best part about Barre is you don’t have to have rhythm or be a dancer to take part in this exercise and it definitely sculpts your body into a lean dancer’s body.
